At The Scribbler's Soul, we strive to provide high-quality content, digital products, and services. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any transactions.
 

Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital item has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if you experience issues with accessing or downloading a product, or if you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at TheScribblersSoul@Gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
 

Physical Products (if applicable)

If we offer physical products in the future, we’ll update this policy to include shipping and return terms. Currently, all products sold through The Scribbler's Soul are digital.
 

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in specific cases such as:

• Duplicate transactions

• Accidental overcharges

• Technical issues preventing access to paid content (that we are unable to resolve)

Refund decisions are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
